The updated B6 is a narrow lightweight seat suited to many track day cars. For 2022 the rear frame shape has been improved structurally and cosmetically and now matches the FIA approved B6 Screamer. A bottom mount point option and a lighter construction mean this standard B6 is not FIA approved. However, the new update increases the strength in the headrest area and is structurally more rigid than the previous B6.

The B6 is a narrow seat suited to many kit and track day cars. Unlike the new Screamer, the lighter weight bottom mounted B6 is not an FIA homologated model. However, it is based on our popular Caterham R500 seat with some important differences. The headrest has been pushed back slightly to enable use of a crash helmet and the shoulder belt holes have been raised to allow the use of a Hans device. The hip holes are able to accommodate wide lap belts. The B6 is available in a carbon / GRP or black GRP version and comes complete with a suede padded headrest as standard. To give it that extra bit of comfort, the B6 has the option of Dinamica® covered suede panels.
